Return Policy

You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order at your own cost.
EXCEPTION: Custom-made products (for example, an alu mounting profile cut to size) can not be returned.
The products you return must be in PERFECT condition and not have been used, damaged, tested, or tried. This means no scratches or mounting scars. If the products are returned in perfect condition, they will be refunded.
INCOMPLETE PRODUCTS or PRODUCTS WITH DAMAGE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
