General:
FIX-FORK, hereafter called “seller” or “FIX-FORK”, represented by Johan Gantois, also the owner of the shop www.fix fork.com, with a registered office at 8670 Koksijde (Belgium), Pirsonlaan 8 and is registered in the Crossroads for Enterprises (CBE) under number 0683.177.631. The VAT number is BE0683.177.631. These conditions are part of all agreements, which are closed between the customer and the seller. A customer, in this case, can be either a private or a company. The seller has the right to change the contents and conditions of the shop at any time.
Application:
Each order is considered to be accepted of the terms and conditions of the seller by the customer, which is an integral part of the contract, excluding any other general or special requirements based on the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise written.
Prices:
All prices quoted are in Euros and inclusive of 21% VAT. The statement of price refers only to the article as it is described. The accompanying photos are meant to be decorative and may contain elements not included in the price. After the customer agrees to the terms and conditions and completes an order, the customer receives an order confirmation almost immediately but within 24 hours. The price changes apply from the date of publication on the website and shall not apply to current orders at that time.
Range:
The range is valid until stocks are exhausted and can always be modified or cancelled by the seller. The first picture is the offered product for every product in the shop, and the others are clarifications for a better understanding of the product, as help for the customer.
Even though the catalogue and website are compiled with the most outstanding care, it is possible that the information is incomplete, contains substantive errors, or is not up–to-date. The seller is in no way liable in case of material errors, misprints or typographical errors.
If you have specific questions about size, colour, availability, delivery, delivery mode, etc., we ask you to contact us. The seller is entitled to, without giving any reason, refuse orders, change delivery times or split up deliveries, or change other conditions to the delivery.
Payment:
A prepayment for every order is required unless agreed otherwise.
After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email with the total amount of your order (including shipping costs for the countries in the European Community. For other countries, We’ll calculate the shipping cost after receipt of the order.
After receiving the payment, the order will be sent asap, depending (with GLS? TAXI–POST, or another transport company, depending on weight and destination). An email will be sent as confirmation of the shipment.

Reservation of ownership:
The delivered goods remain the seller’s property until the customer’s full payment. A Failure to pay the seller reserves the right of the seller to take back the goods legally and at the customer’s expense. However, the risk of loss or damage goes to the customer from delivery.
Stock & Delivery:
An order will be shipped within 1 to 4 days after receipt of the payment. If an order, for whatever reason, has a more extended delivery period than four days, it will be communicated by email. The customer reserves the right to cancel the purchase if the order is not already shipped. For a cancellation, no fee will be charged. If already paid and after cancellation, the amount shall be fully refunded to the customer.
Please note that there will be no orders shipped during our annual holiday. Once the holiday is over, pending orders will be shipped asap.
Right of renunciation:
As part of the selling on the distance to consumers within the scope of the Law of 14 July 1991, the consumer has the right to notify the seller that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within seven working days from the day following the delivery.
If the consumer relies on this possibility, he should send the goods immediately at his own risk and expense to FIX FORK, attn Johan Gantois, Ondernemingenstraat 3 – Gate 4, 8630 Veurne (Belgium).
Will under no circumstances be taken back:
– Used, dirty, damaged or incomplete products
– Products whose packaging (or part of it) has been opened
– Specific custom-made products (p.e. on measure cut alu profile)
– Items that by their nature can not be returned
– products which can rapidly spoil
Complaints:
For any complaints, the customer may contact us by phone or mail. (see contact information). The customer has the right to complain within 8 days after delivery, under penalty of the decline of any right.
Warranty:
The customer has a 2-year warranty on all the products, manufacturing and hidden defects. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from regular use, wear and tear, incompetent use or accidental damage. Your confirmation email or invoice is your proof of warranty claim because the
date may apply as the start of the warranty. The warranty is not transferable to others.
Force Majeure:
Seller is not responsible for any delay in the execution or non–execution of our commitments due to events beyond standard control, including production interruptions, difficulties in supply or shortages of raw materials, workforce, energy or delays in transportation, strikes, lockouts, work interruptions or other collective employment disputes, which either seller or our suppliers hit, and even if those events are predictable.
Proof:
All parties accept within the context of their relations the communication by email and other electronic proof (e.g. email, backups, payment proof, etc.).
Governing Law:
All agreements with the vendor are governed by the Belgian law. In any dispute of any nature whatsoever, only the courts of the district Veurne are authorized.
Privacy Notice:
All information you fill in on the webshop www.fix-fork.com, subscribe to the newsletter, or for an order or an information request is safe with us. All these data are kept in a database owned by the Seller and will not be shared with third parties unless for shipping, in case of disputes or after-sales service. your data could be removed from our database by simple demand.

The content of these technical data sheets is the result of tests, checks and experience. It is general and does not imply any liability. The user must determine whether the product is suitable for the application using his tests.
